Yes — each job's safety pack can be shared with a site manager through an expiring link, so they see the current version without needing an account.

What happens to hazards spotted at the enquiry stage?

Flags raised on the enquiry questionnaire — hazardous materials, access issues — are carried through to the job and highlighted before anyone travels, so they're planned for rather than discovered on arrival.
